Chanakya Strategy Coach
Execution
Day 24
Speed of Execution
Chanakya's rule on getting things done: a good decision, acted on quickly, beats a perfect decision made too slowly. This isn't because speed matters more than quality. It's because most real decisions have a window of opportunity — and thinking past a certain point stops improving the decision, it just eats up the window. The skill is knowing when you already have enough information to act.
Reflection
Where are you currently over-analysing a decision where you already know enough to act? What is keeping you in the analysis phase?
Today's Practice
Pick one decision you have been deliberating for more than two weeks. Give yourself a 48-hour deadline to decide. Commit to it.
