What Service Gives Back
Hanuman's bhakti — his devotion and service to Rama — is said, in tradition, to have given him eight extraordinary powers (the ashta siddhis). This is not a deal, as in serve enough and collect the powers as payment. It is describing something simpler: serve wholeheartedly for long enough, and the ego that was holding you back starts to fall away. What is left, once it does, is something extraordinary.

What has genuine service to others given you — not in transaction, but as a change in who you are?

Reflect for five minutes on a time when serving someone cost you something but left you better. Write one sentence about what it gave you.
