The Inner Teacher
“I am seated in everyone's heart, and from Me come remembrance, knowledge, and forgetfulness.”

Krishna says he isn't found on a battlefield or in a book — he's in the heart of every seeker. The teacher you're looking for outside yourself already lives inside you, and has been speaking all along. It's just the noise of a busy, habit-bound mind that makes it hard to hear.

Today's Practice
Sit quietly for ten minutes today, not meditating formally, just listening inward. Ask one real question, then genuinely wait.
