Impermanence
Day 20
What Carries You Through Death
“Whatever state of being one remembers when they leave the body, that state will they attain without fail.”
— BG 8.6
The moment of death is like a harvest — not of one year's work, but of where your whole life was pointed. This verse isn't really about predicting what happens then. It's about what's worth practicing now, steadily, long before that final moment comes.
Reflection
If what you think about most on the day you die shaped your next reality, would you change what you think about most today?
Today's Practice
Before sleep tonight, spend five minutes consciously directing your mind toward what you most value — not solving problems, just resting in what matters.
